It was reported by the mainstream media yesterday that a measles outbreak is on the rise in Christchurch with 15 people confirmed to have the disease and another six likely to have it. According to the New Zealand Herald Canterbury Medical Officer of Health Dr Ramon said six of the people affected had been fully immunised and three had been partially immunised, [1].
